Refund Policy

At Leticia Kelly, we are committed to providing high-quality healing and wellness services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our clients where possible. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds for services booked through www.leticiakelly.com (the "Website").  

 

1. Cancellations and Refund Eligibility


Cancellations Made 24 Hours or More Before the Appointment:
If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full refund.  

 

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Appointment:
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, no refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided.  

No-Shows:  
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or rescheduling.  

 

2. Refund Process 
 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.  

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. If payment was made via a third-party gateway, any processing fees may be non-refundable as per the third-party's terms.  

 

3. Rescheduling Policy

 

  • Rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment can be accommodated without penalty.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be considered a cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund or credit.  

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances


Refunds or rescheduling requests made under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Leticia Kelly.
